Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the MoneyMase website, MoneyMase Access, Vault content, polls, comments, fan submissions, downloads, and related services.

Accounts and conduct

Users must provide accurate account information, protect access to their account, and avoid abuse, automated manipulation, harassment, spam, infringement, or attempts to defeat access controls and XP rules.

Content and access

Music, artwork, video, downloads, and Vault materials remain subject to applicable ownership and license terms. Account status, levels, XP, achievements, codes, and access may be corrected or revoked when fraud, error, abuse, or security risk is identified.

Availability and responsibility

Features may change, pause, or end for maintenance, security, rights management, or operational reasons. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Contact management before relying on site content for a booking, licensing, press, or commercial decision.

Account action

Accounts or privileges may be suspended when necessary to address abuse, fraud, infringement, security risk, or violations of these terms. Material administrative actions are authorized and audited.
